Attorney Sarah Zwach – Milwaukee Criminal Defense Lawyer and Family Law Attorney

Attorney Sarah Zwach earned a B.A. in sociology and legal studies, along with a certificate in criminal justice, from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Then, she graduated from the University of Wisconsin Law School with a concentration in criminal law.
During law school, Sarah first completed a clinical internship in the Frank J. Remington Center with the Restorative Justice Project. Second, she also interned in the Milwaukee County District Attorney’s Office. Sarah Zwach was a very active law student. For example, she was the Student Chapter President of the Wisconsin Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. Beyond that, Sarah competed in moot court and mock trial. Finally, she was a member of the Wisconsin Journal of Law, Gender, and Society where her work was published. Specifically, Sarah authored the article “Disproportionate Use of Deadly Force on Unarmed Minority Males: How Gender and Racial Perceptions Can be Remedied,” published in the Fall 2015 issue. Upon graduation, Sarah received Pro Bono Honors and received the Bruce F. Beilfuss Memorial Award for outstanding service to the law school.
In conclusion, after law school, Sarah worked at the Milwaukee County District Attorney’s Office, employed as a special prosecutor. Eventually, Attorney Zwach joined Gamiño Law Offices to focus her practice on criminal defense law and family law.
